Steam baths

Thermometer shows about 50 Celsius degrees, atmosphere is wet and the room is filled with a scent of mint. Your body is relieved from winter’s tension while laying onto the heated chaise and your mind is finally free of thoughts.

Steam bath acts in such a way that helps your body get rid of toxic and unhealthy substances, through perspiration. At the same time, it relaxes your muscles and prepares your body to accept the therapy to follow appropriately. Ideally, switching steam baths with aquatic exercise in the pool is recommended so as to achieve better blood circulation, firming and toning of the skin.
